CareSource is a multi-state health care organization, which arranges for the delivery of health care services and offers health information management solutions to the individuals and families who receive their care through Medicaid, Medicare and other government-funded programs.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for requirements gathering, designing, development of end to end of application and maintaining them in different environments.

As a Full stack developer utlized .NET 6, C#, MVC, jQuery, Angular 16, and Web API in building different applications which are part of EVV solution for Medicaid providers.

Designed and Developed custom modules and functionalities with in intermal applications using FACETS tables, .Net framework and C#, meeting business requriments and improving system usability.

Responsibilities:

Involved in development of a three-level technical architecture which includes the User Interface, Business layer and Data Access Layer as per ITSD guidelines and successfully implemented the architecture.

(Enterprise Customers) AT&T Voice DNA for Small Business is a product offer targeting Small to Medium Businesses (categorized as 1-20 stations) that provides VoIP service. The high-quality VoIP service will include local service and US LD with the right mix of VoIP features at a competitive price. The AT&T Voice DNA for Small Business service will include simplified pricing packages. The Marketing organization will develop specific promotion codes for this product to be used by the systems.

HMS:

HMS is highly integrated and a complete solution for super specialty corporate hospital. This is a Web application customized exclusively for each hospital. This application is used to maintain the life cycle of the patient in the hospital and generates a Patient Medical Record (PMR) that maintains visit wise Electronic Patient Record (EPR), a consummate record of the patient history that can be shared across the network.

It is divided into various categories namely Inpatient, Employee, Laboratory, Pharmacy and Accounts.

Inpatient module: involves Patient Registration, room allocation, bill generation like discharge bill, room bill etc.

Employee module: manages all the information regarding the employees like the salary payment, PF calculations, leaves taken, loans granted etc.

Laboratory module: maintains information about the status and availability of different equipment’s and drugs used in the ICU and the operating theatre.

Pharmacy module: keeps track of all the drugs sold to the patients and the stock.

Accounts module: manages all the transactions in the hospital. It maintains various ledgers for daily inpatient collection, pharmacy collection and other fixed expenses. It also generates the Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and the Balance Sheet
