Senior Technical Delivery Manager. (Agile – JIRA – Miro + Waterfall).

Managed delivery of new connectivity and Wi-Fi capability to c400 Probation Offices & c100 Prisons. Managing the end-to-end site multiple 3rd party site survey processes, some of the locations were totally green field and needed extra guidance and management in terms of wayleaves and engineering works.

Managing teams of technical, service, and infrastructure engineers, both internally and 3rd Party suppliers. Leading the creation of delivery / transformation migration plans / run books.

Chairing and facilitating ITTs to various possible suppliers then onboarding them to deliver the services.

Liaising and coordinating with commercial, procurement, senior managers from the locations to the physical on-site engineering teams.

From requirements capture and analysis to BAU operations, liaising with Department for Culture Media and Sport (DCMS), Nottingham County Council, and 3rd Party suppliers.

Ensuring data streaming connectivity and capacity for drones, robot dogs and augmented / virtual reality.

Working with building facilities team to install LoRaWAN IoT Gateway’s across the site.

Working with Heritage England team on Grade 1 listed buildings – seeking wayleaves and heritage planning permissions. Managing 3rd party cabling and installation teams.

Working with an MMC builder Blossom Homes to install specialist LoRaWAN sensors into the building as it was being constructed to provide date and verification of the builder’s claims that the building is Zero Carbon / Net Zero.
