Registered Nurse School

Resume update:Mary Federlick RN/ BSN IL RN license 041182708 have been a registered nurse since 1978. Current Illinois RN license thru 5/31/2026. I am also licensed as a registered nurse in Indiana as of October 2023 -2026. Currently, I work with Maxim Healthcare in Illinois as a school nurse subbing both in the health office as well, but more rarely, as a one on one since September 2017. I worked at Willow Springs Elementary school, in Willow Springs Illinois(PreK- 8th) school full-time from 1993 through 2017, when I retired from full-time school nursing. I continue to be certified in hearing and vision screenings and recertified annually since 1993. I have had dIrect intervention with multiple students having type one diabetes, via assessment, monitoring, Insulin administratiin, continuous glucose monitoring, communication with physicians including faxing weekly blood glucose logs,etc. to their physicians. Direct intervention with students with asthma, seizure disorders, ventilator dependent, bipolar dodorder, ADHD, cancer, variety of first aid experience with head injuries, bone fractures, growth and development of students ranging from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Worked hand-in-hand with Lions Club of Willow Springs to Facilitate children with Socio economic need for the opportunity to have their vision evaluated and receive glasses if necessary. I organized the wellness program for the staff annually, as well as the biannual CPR certification all adult personnel. Assessed, Evaluated and maintained student health records Within the compliance mandates for Illinois Department of Public health. Staff inservice/ medical training Regarding students with 504 plans. Maintained required CEU Mandates Annually in pediatrics, emergency training, school nurse assessments and Interventions. Annual data processing for IDPH: Immunizations, hearing and vision, school physicals, Dental requirements. Mandated reporter interactions with DCFS. Arranged for school sports pHysicals annually with physician whose medical expertise was in sports medicine. Received Arizona nursing license and fingerprint card early December 2017- 2021, Worked winters :December 20th thru March 2021 With Maxim Healthcare in AZ schools. I return to work in Illinois schools annually in early April with Maxim Healthcare through the end of each school year. April 15 through end of October 19, 2018 worked with Chgo Maxim Healthcare as school nurse and Hearing and vision screening specialist. I have experience throughout

my career with Students with Ventilators, tracheostomy, G-tube feedings, Foley catheters, as well as those who needed genito-urinary straight catheterization. I return to Chicago Maxim school nursing April 2019 Working as a school nurse and an office setting for the most part but occasional 1:1s with same type of children as above through the end of the calendar school year. In early September 2019 I worked primarily as a school nurse in Chicagoland area as well as doing mandated hearing and vision screening including children with special educational needs through 10/28/2023. I updated my illinois hearing and vision certification in April 2023-(good thru 2026) BLS certified thru 10/31/2025. I continue to work with Maxim school nursing full time the months I am working . From April2-May 27, 2022- I was working with Maxim in Downers Grove as sub nurse 8 weeks FT. Physical with TB skin screen July 2023 T Dap . Been working with Elmhurst SCHOOL, DISTRICT, 205 in the spring and fall, since 2022- thru 10/28/23. Currently, I am working in Aurora, Illinois in pre-KS School Nurse in the health office.
