Accomplishments
I can truly say that when I started working at this job it was something that was new to me and very challenging in the beginning. But i love a challenge, it took me about a month and I broke the company record in the amount of leaves that were produced in a full work day. I was being soon promoted to a new marketing campaigns by myself.

1. Sets up and operates blow molding machine to mold plastic products according to Environments : Turns valves to start flow of water and release air pressure to machine. 1. Moves machine controls to set timing unit and temperature of heating unit and start automatic feed mechanism.
1. Adjusts machine mandrel and aligns mandrel with mold chamber, using wrenches. 1. Starts molding machine that automatically feeds material from mixing unit to mandrel and to mold chamber.
1. Closes chamber to mold product under heat and pressure. 1. Removes workpiece from mold after timing device opens mold, and trims excess material from workpiece, using knife or bandsaw.
1. Regrinds excess material and unsatisfactory workpiece for reuse, using grinding machine. 1. May weigh completed workpiece to determine accuracy of machine operation. My position was running a one man blow mold machine producing molded products and trimming and preparing products for pallets. During my time as a blow mold operator at igloo products I became very familiar with other different parts of the plant I was able to move around and fill in where needed through the company. Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a gravure press or single or multi-color offset press to print single- color, two-color, and/or multi-color work which includes large solids, screen tints, line and halftones with critical color values and registration requirements ranging from hairline to critical or operate similarly situated equipment that applies a variety of non-ink based coatings to a paper web or sheet stock. Review job specifications to determine the press setup according to the imposition of the run (sheet wise or work and turn). Perform all make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated such as hanging plates or installing cylinders, examine plates/cylinders for imperfections and checks for correct positioning of images, prepping blankets, adjusting tension and register etc. Make necessary color corrections and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the work. Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, making minor repairs and replacing worn or broken parts as required. Performs periodic maintenance recommended by the manufacturer. Requires thorough knowledge of Flexo printing procedures, materials and specifiactions, equipment, and safety requirements and skills to perform assignments. Skill to read and understand job specifications and knowledge of press capabilities to determine the most appropriate press usage, press settings and materials needed to run the job successfully. Skill to make a variety of difficult precise settings of controls, settings, and adjustments, and to perform routine operational maintenance of equipment. Skill in routine operational maintenance and minor repairs to equipment. Knowledge of the appropriate amount of packing pressure needed to obtain the proper printing pressure for the type of job being run. Skill in use of micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly. My position at Warehouse I was a flexo machine operator my job was to set up, produce, quality control, and oversee an assistant operator and utility persons. Significant accomplishment at warehouses I can proudly say that I was the youngest and the fastest utility person, to become an assistant operator, then operator in 6 mons. Being able to fully produce a quality container board packaging for major corporations in a safe and productive environment.
