Dissertation: The Influence of the Church on the Local Community for the Kingdom of God Through Social Justice Initiatives.

Description: The purpose of this study was to discover how the church influences the local community for the kingdom of God. Since the church is God’s ambassador of reconciliation, this dissertation studied how effective J. Jireh Ministries Church of Columbus, OH had been in ministering to social justice needs of the local community. Study results showed that although this church had significantly influenced the local community in varied ways, there was need to improve existing ministry programs.
