2015 – 2023: The Shyft Group – Application Architect
Directed the development of new software from legacy systems including 15 programs dedicated to assembling Isuzu Commercial vehicles. Upgraded and modernized the entire library from legacy Visual Basic to C# utilizing Entity Framework, LINQ, and Object Orientated development principles. Software manages all aspects of vehicle production from frame assembly to dealer delivery.
Designed and developed mobile scanning software for Zebra scanners to record barcoded serial numbers of all traceability components installed on vehicles.
Developed a standardized Active Directory authentication class library for internal facing Desktop and ASP.NET applications. Implemented library in a retrofit of 30 applications. Including an API service for monitoring all software logins.
Led the conversion of on-prem source code repository to Azure DevOps Git repositories. Administrator of the company source code repository. Upgraded source code repository from Visual Source Safe to TFS to Azure DevOps.

Developed .NET integrations between disparate systems including Active Directory, OnGuard, Workday, OnBase, Accellos WMS, and SQL Server.
Developed desktop document scanning software using C# to scan, convert to PDF, and post to Web API over 250K documents from on-premises OnBase database to Workday Human Resources cloud management system.
Extracted data from Active Directory, Lenel, and OnBase systems for import into Workday for initial HR system implementation.
2012 - 2013: Two Men and A Truck, International – ASP.NET Developer
Working with a team of 10 developers, created and maintained a web-based estimating system used to create moving estimates based on pre-defined parameters.
Developed and maintained a Windows application and WCF web service using Visual Studio 2012 C# used to create on-site moving estimates where no Internet access was available.
Wrote SQL queries and maintained stored procedures using SQL Server 2012 SSMS.
2011 – 2012: Michigan Commercial Insurance Mutual
As a team member participated in the upgrade and conversion of a software package to a higher-level version. The software was converted to use a normalized Oracle database.
As a team member converted or created over 200 Crystal Reports using Oracle as the data source.
Using Oracle and PL/SQL created and modified stored procedures, triggers, and sequences to increase software performance and provide functionality not available in the underlying software.
