Conducted Technical Support to Negotiations (TSN) audits on contract proposals for over 30 different programs. Reviewed the reasonableness of contractors proposed material quantity and type using statistical sampling methods, production layout, flow, labor hours, and mix. These efforts resulted in an estimated $770 million in savings.
Received an SES letter of Appreciation from the Army for my TSN report/audit of the Kilgore and B-K Aerospace proposal. The Army utilized this report during contract negotiations, leading to a combined savings of over $756 million.
Performed Contract Receipt and Review (CRR) functions related to contract cost, schedule, and performance for buying activities and DCMA elements. Evaluated production engineering efforts, production capabilities, logistics, support programs, master engineering planning schedules, and material review of nonconforming hardware.
