Created an entire architectural department for an internationally acclaimed design office. This included selecting and hiring staff, setting up office functions and standards, and overseeing day to day operations while managing and designing from 3-8 projects at a time. These projects ranged in budget from $1 - $15 Million and were built in New York's 5th and Park Avenues, Southampton, East Hampton, & Shelter Island NY., Greenwich CT., and Palm Beach FL.. Selected contractors, subcontractors and builders and managed the selection and bidding process.
