To whom it may concern:

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Lisa Hagerman and hope to bring you as much information or assistance as that will help you.

I am excited to be your new Customer Support Agent, as I have 15 years of experience and I will be bringing you along with a wide array of skills from retail all the way to medical. I am very savvy with computers, and I love troubleshooting whatever I might be handed.

I am knowledgeable with Microsoft 365, Salesforse, Skytouch, Teams as well as Zoom, also I can utilize the calendar if needed for setting appointments as well. The software I am in favor of would-be Excel for keeping track of data and calculations if needed. Salesforces for data as well as keeping track of tasks done every day.

I am available, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM earlier or longer if needed to get a task completed. I do have a commitment in November for a week with family for our annual cruise.
