XY Coordinate Runtime Report Automation:
My role in this project is SPOC right from gathering the Client requirements from the business engineers and to automate the manual activity carried out for generating the consolidated runtime reports based on the available lot for Die Pick N Place system and send to the external client address
SCT Validation Bypass Dashboard:
To develop custom UI and integrate with WebMerge applications so that process engineers can handle independently on exceptional DPNP issues that usually require IT team intervention/support to resolve die lot issues.
My role in this project, understand the Webmerge process and to develop UI with user acceptable order detail of the problematic lot with maker/checker audit log for resolving the queue issues.
Enhancement/Bug Fixes/Performance Tuning:
Based on the ITR incident, analyze the lot reservation detail from the production database and co-ordinate with process engineers to sign-off for hot-fix to avoid SLA breach as interim remediation and assign to our backlog for permanent fix.
Quickly learned the technical architecture of the application and its data model of DPNP upstream and downstream systems as part of KT session provided through WFH itself due to Covid-19 situation.
Involved in RCA, bug fixes related to DPNP initially and then I have been allocated additional roles to manage PPNP & Class-10 DPNP enhancement.
Involved in DPNP, PackagePickNPlace performance tuning during a strategic migration program from the organization to move domain from Singapore to China for cost efficiency.
