•Cost Savings/Avoidances for FY 2023 = $5.9M. Savings were contributed to competitively bidding commodities and Services such as Aluminum Plate, Aluminum Tubing, Raw Aluminum Billet, Third Party Fabricators, Machining and Services

•Developed Internal Scrap Team FY2022. Savings to date ~$18.3M

•Developed Department KPI’s that measured OTD, Cycle Count Accuracy, Receiving to PO Accuracy, Vendor Non-Conformances, and Production order Shortages.
