Seamlessly coordinated hiring committee (HC) meeting logistics for multiple client groups across technical & non-technical product areas for 500+ Hiring Committee members (ranging from entry-level to VPs).

Managed candidate profiles on Google's ATS (G-Hire), ensuring they were up-to-date with all required documents and forwarded pertinent details to hiring managers as per their requirements. Additionally, ensured all necessary information was verified for the hiring committee's review process.

Acted as the Americas' point of contact for the Technical Science EMEA Hiring Committee overseeing the process, actively communicating with stakeholders, analyzing data & implementing improvement processes.
