In-charge of First Contact to customers/Patients, greeting/welcoming all warmly, and ensure they fill Open Booking Cards, and also provide the necessary Document need for Laboratory Test timely.
Manage the ambiance of the Front desk neatly, Prompt response and delivery of Lab concluded Results to Patients.
Handle answering of Incoming calls on Intercom warmly and ensuring request are well handled my Lab seniors and Scientist without delays.
Handle and ensures that all customer clear up Bill before leaving the Laboratory and all company assets and equipment.
Maintain 100% compliance to company rules concerning stock, Cash in hand, Accountability and financial responsibility.
Handle Laboratory Office Petty records and welfare pertaining requisition of consumables and control of consumption as required by management.
Handle memo drafting, routine task; such as mailing, copying, faxing and scanning for the Boss as required.
