WORK HISTORY (2)
Temp Agency Recruiter at Sunoco LP
01/2022 - 02/2023 (1 year)
I would be in charge of about 15 temporary workers for the Sunoco warehouse in Rural Hall. I worked 3rd shift ( didn't work because I'm a morning person) but I would basically sit in an office and call and text people to come in for interviews only if eligible. They would call me over the intercom when there was a worker of mine that needed to switch lines
WORK HISTORY (3)
Receiver / Dock Associate
My duties at this job were more demanding than all the others. First thing in the morning, I would use a machine called a “Hi-Low” to reorganize the back receiving area by separating pallets by color and condition. Immediately after that we would start unloading the trucks. Most trucks we would use a forklift / a “Scooter” to unload any incoming trucks. We would have 11-12 trucks on a normal day. Certain trucks didn’t load product onto pallet and my responsibility would be to unload the truck by hand, while also putting all products on pallets and prepping them to be taken out to the floor. I would also match the POs to make sure all incoming trucks were ours, then I’d hand that over to the dispatcher. If we would finish unloading all trucks early we could go home or stay until our shift was over by helping out in the floor. That would include stocking, front facing and rotating products to insure freshness.
