Responsible for Billing of FTTX Fiber Optic Network in Rajahmundry City.

Key Deliverable:
Developing and defining the optimum route corridor and identify the type of construction required (i.e. aerial, underground, open trench, HDD and MT. Etc.)
Daily Visit on Route Marking, trenching and laying of ducts as well as by Trench less method using HDD/M.T. which includes drilling, back reaming and pulling of ducts etc.
ABD Preparation and Validation of ABD in GIS.
Quality Checking and Conducing DIT, blowing/pulling of OFC, Splicing, & Termination of the same in the Fiber Distribution Box (FDF) Optical loss & link budgeting etc.
Study of drawings, specification and BOQ and highlighting discrepancies if any.

Responsible for End to End Program management of optical transport network for MLVS and CS. And ensured for 99.99% of Network Availability.
Responsible for solving out all Transmission related issues at entire Cluster Network.

Spare Planning: Spare planning for all maintenance activities, for both Optical and Electrical equipment’s is carried out in SAP(R/3). This includes, indenting of materials, giving material requisition and stock checking.
NLD and Local Rings OFC maintenance (around 300km) and experience in Splicing.
Manpower and Resource Management for Execution of Daily O&M Activities.
