Principal in VC funded startup to develop extreme cost to performance value, electronic device that will be introduce and implement in mass market industries. Developed initial top-down mass production assembly, provide fully functioning prototype and initiate full offshore production. Created optimal conceptual ID and kinematics mounting-attachment system. Developed the main unit’s optical lenses with integration of space light projectile of laser ED for maximum optical performance and minimum active components. Derived internal structure of the main chassis and power supply and power back-up distribution center with full redundancy. Analyzed airflow, thermal conditions with Flomerics’s Flo-Therm and survival of the product during and after live shock and vibration test. Developed assembly and fabrication procedure for start-up production with soft tooling and final production ready with hard tooling. Interfaced with over-seas vendors, during technology and documentation transfer. Integrated personal and professional skills into the design team and in-house engineering operations. Provided technical and “know how” expertise with CAD-CAM-Proto road map. The above design was carryout with PTC Wild-Fire and One Space.
