Engineering and designing 24 inch 3D Monitor without 3D glasses for the U.S. Air force. Using Inventor 2020 CAD Software for design. Parts were created in 3D Printing format for prototype. Assembled and tested for delivery to customer. Cradle to grave.

Working with sales and marketing creating key safes for prisons, hospitals, Walmart, and other facilities that require a safe-haven for keys. Using Inventor and AutoCAD software designing and engineering sheet metal cabinets for securing keys. Touch pad and fingerprint features are used for entry along with standard key locks. Engineered fob for locating keys not in the safe.

Energizer/Cad Designer (Contract/Spherion)

Designing floor plans for the plant and equipment drawings using Autocad 2014 and Inventor Professional 2014 CAD software. Floor plans included locating sprinkler, equipment, lighting, and dimensional information of plant. Also, created 3-dimensional drawings of tanks and piping layouts of the new production machine using Inventor software.

Cad assignments working from home using Autocad and Inventor software. Projects consisted of steel frame work, assemblies and details for fabrication. Re-engineering red line drawings and converting Autocad and Inventor drawings to pdf files for presentations and fabrication.
Cue’s Mfg. /Mechanical Design Engineer (Contract)

Engineered and designed Portable Visual Inspection System using Inventor CAD software. Worked with the Project Manager and designer to bring the system to the fabrication floor for prototype build to show at CCTV design show in January 2014. Worked with manufacturing staff for input to discuss improvements in the prototype

Engineered and designed cranial and sternum devices for the medical community using Solid edge CAD software. Worked with medical staff and marketing to bring the product to the medical community for use in surgical procedures.

Fischer Connectors/Engineer

Engineered cable assemblies using Fischer connectors; for medical and military customers. This sometimes entailed going to customer sites to clarify their needs. Worked with Fischer manufacturing on prototypes; for various applications; i.e.; leak proof (IP68), Y-over molding, and molding of non-Fischer connectors. Cad modeling using Solid works 2012. Worked with injection molding operators using polyurethane and silicone materials; for new over molding designs. Used SAP software to enter BOM’s and release documents to manufacturing.
