I operate an electric Double Pallet jack, pick customer orders, in three different environments dry
warehouse, perishable warehouse, and freezer warehouse first start by signing into your talkman
headset, then getting a customers order and printing the customers labels out, that would tell you how
big the order is and what kinda pallets to put the orders on white wood or blue or plastic, the headset
would then tell you wat row to start in and where at in the row, once you reached the item, youd confirm
by reading a 3 digit number, the headset would then tell u the quantity to pick, based on the size and
weight determines, how you place them on the pallet, once the customers order completed you would
wrap it to make sure it was secure and nothing is getting damaged or going to fall off. Then you label
each Pallet and take it to the correct door to be shipped.

I worked in both departments you have wide bed, which is a station that doesn't move, you start ur day
by rolling the tarps off the top of the panels, these tarps are used to keep the heat in to help it dry faster,
after the tarps are rolled up and off the bed, you'll drop the side foam wall, to expose the strands..make it
easy to be cut, bc next using wet saws, you'll have someone wit a flag pointing what direction everyone
is going to once everyone is there you watch him he'll raise his arm and then drop it ( like during a race)
but everyone will cut them strands top and bottom as close too the panel as you can get, then move the
the opposite side and continue until there all cut, then using an MI Jack ( or a crane with four wheels) it'll
come pick up the panel once it's moved well clean the bed. And scrap off the concrete. And mark out the
panel if it has any doors or windows.these are call blockouts, then bed will me marked and measured,
once all the panels are moved, the bed is cleaned using buffers, grinders with wire wheels, scrappers,
brooms, and leaf blowers, and the bed is measured and marked, we place the rebar in according to the
blue prints. Then we run the bottom layer of strands which is ten, using a forklift with a boom (or forklift with the arm that extends, or we called 10k in the military) once it's at the other end of the bed each
strand is placed in a designated hole and then chucked, then u place the blackouts in and the wood at
the beginning and end of every panel helps keep the height of the strands on point as well. Then using
the forklift you'd run the tops layer, once it's chucked or locked into place. We'd clear the building and
tension the bed. ( clear the building just in case a strand breaks) then I also worked in rolling bed. Where
the bed constantly moves and depending where you are you could ether be placing foam in between
strands or placing rebar and tieing it all in with a tie gun. Pour concrete and floating the concrete or
smoothing the concrete out .
