● Handles the duties of plant operations in a specific area.

● Monitor equipment including valves, pumps, steam valves, kiln compressors, and tank levels & pressures.

● Make and heat a batch of caustic while performing routine pump swaps in the safest way possible.

● Open and close valves on tanks then clean tank screen boxes.

● Retrieve in-process samples for lab testing.

● Perform general housecleaning in work area and fill out daily safety inspection reports for work area. Process Operator (CA3 Board Operator)

● Operate control panel to regulate temperature, pressure, rate of flow and tank level.

● Monitor and control three pans of product on it.

● Ensure proper levels of hytanks.
