6. Contact and follow up with Country Offices to gather data for reports and send these reports to HQ,
7. Contribute to the improvement of business procedures and processes by drafting SOPs, 8. Asset Counter, using WFP GEMS mobile to do the annual count and consolidate reports accordingly,
10. Prepare workshops/events and make the needed arrangements, 11. Support Country Offices’ requests related to administration and finance and make sure to settle their issues in a timely manner,
12. Prepare biweekly and unit meeting agendas and take minutes of meetings, 13. Provide support to Admin, Finance, and CBT staff; for example, preparing a budget, following up on an exhausted budget, handling travel requests, security clearance, etc. 14. WINGS focal person; review, send, and follow up on WINGS requests. Also, provide support to the Country Offices (COs) for related WINGS requests and provide regional training to the COs,
15. Focal person of Delegation of Authority in RBC office (filling in the related forms when needed, answer related inquiries, and update the filing system), 16. Support other units in the absence of their Business Support Assistants 17. Support Protocol and Events Teams in the absence of Protocol and Events Associate

23. Inventory focal person for the Communication Unit, 24. Vendor Registration focal person; coordinate between vendors and vendor team, ensure receiving the required details in aligning with WFP regulations, review the vendor documents before signed by Finance Unit;
