Propert manager for a privately owned lake house on Cape Cod This property was owned by Tom McNamara who resides in Ireland Description: Maintain property and did projects every spring before the rental season hit. It rented on a weekly basis only from June til late Sept. I was on call for emergencies, Made sure everything worked, Made sure the trash was picked up and made sure the cleaning girl was on schedule. I was able to stay there in the off season which was a nice perk.
