OCCUPATIONAL GOAL:

To seek new challenges wherein I can contribute my twenty-four (24) years of experience and skills as Seed Quality Assurance Specialist/Seed Quality Control Head. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY:

After holding the position as Quality Assurance Laboratory Technician from March 30, 1999 to December 31, 2012, I was promoted to Quality Assurance Seed Analyst at EAST-WEST SEED COMPANY, INCORPORATED up to November 30, 2015.

On December 16, 2015, I was hired by ALLIED BOTANICAL CORPORATION as Seed Quality Assurance Associate and was promoted to Quality Assurance Head in April 2017 to December 31 2019. I have also a Workshop Training Certificate from the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA) on Germination Analysis & Viability by Tetrazolium Testing and Quality Management in Seed Testing held on January 2018 at Bangalore, India. On January 2, 2020 to January 10, 2021, I was hired as Quality Assurance/Quality Control Head at METOLIUS VALLEY INC., A company of processing and marketing fresh produce like mushrooms, herbs, fruits and vegetables. I trained for a month in its two (2) sister companies in Malaysia studying their process flow protocols.

I was also a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Head at Ramgo International on January 11, 2021 to March 31, 2021.

On June 7, 2021 up to the present, I am working with Tao Foods Company, Inc. as the Tao Seeds- Hatao Quality Assurance Officer. The Company, which locally produces high quality Hybrid Rice Seeds.

Supervises Thousand Seed Weight measurement

Prepares appropriate recommendations for all the seed lots inspected found with problems

In charge of Seed Sampling by the Bureau of Plant Industry representatives/Seed, Inspector as well as the documentations needed for seed quality tests.

Supervises and monitor Grow-Out Test for hybrid seeds and the evaluation.

Supervises/Conducts In-house Germination Test for all new seed deliveries, Returned, complaints and inventory seeds lots (Based on ISTA Protocol)

Supervises seedling evaluation of all seed lots tested

In charge of handling problematic seed lots to be tested in different methods

In charge of handling seed lots with complaint form dealers and customers

In charge of daily work plan for the QA Department

Supervises and monitor QA Field Inspection for AXB and AXR Seed Production

Supervises inspection of the seed drying to seed processing of all hybrid rice seed produced of the local seed production

In charge of recording and encoding seed delivery data, In house and BPI germination test results and other pertinent data in the seed Database

Prepares presentation/lecture materials to be presented in farmers’ meetings and other events
