Digital workstream project manager for cloud migration projects. Responsible for 40 Application releases in 2023 for two major project initiatives. Each of the two projects with a $2M budget per year.
One project delivered $3M cost savings to Voya Financial in 2024. I managed two cloud on prem migration projects. The operational releases will convert the core Voya applications from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to Red Hat OpenShift (ie. Hybrid-cloud containerization software). The project goal is to prepare the internal business applications in advance as the corporation initiates a move to OpenShift in Azure Cloud.
The second operational project includes NePIS to Conjur remediation for Voya business applications. All applications obtaining security credentials from NePIS migrated to get the credentials from Conjur CyberArk. The project goal is to migrate the ServiceID’s while not impacting the business applications to improve security.
