The Unified & Interactive Business Intelligence project aims at creating an enterprise view of the Business to the stakeholders for effective decision making by importing Real time data assets to its centralized data warehouse. This platform is focused on Analytics and Interactive BI reporting.

In this Project, we launched multiple Tableau and Power BI reports to provide information\insights to SVP, RVPs, DMs and Sales Reps to gauge their performance in a well-structured and quick manner. These dashboards are used for Improvement and consistency in planning and strategy and have ability to communicate KCI’s value, and greater insights into how to better leverage KCI products and services to improve patient care while decreasing total cost of care.
