Eko Maintenance limited. Position: Technical lead (Facility Department) Jan 2021 till date

•I lead a team of 10 technicians in the Installation and maintenance of KURAMO 25 Level twin building for TOTAL NG Managers

•I lead a team of 12 technician’s teams in MEP installation and maintenance of HVAC cooling system, Electrical power and Low Voltage systems including the fire fighters and fire alarm installation team.

•I planned and supervised the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical machines and equipment like the compartment shutter, centralized ventilation system

•Shadowed the fire department technical lead to plan and execute routine drills including routine checks on fire extinguishers, exit points and musters points.

•Plans and delegates the routine check of the water treatment plant to technicians and reviews the log forms to ensure the PH level is within the 6.5 -8.5 according to ISO3071 specification.

•Prepares monthly technical report for management highlighting critical action points that can potentially affect the efficiency of electrical machines and equipment

FRANKITA NIGERIA LIMITED; Position: Assistant Electrical Engineer Dec 2017 – Dec 2020)

•Participated in the electrical design including the load balancing design, illumination intensity, piping layout design, and circuit panel design for a 20-houses in a housing estate.

•Planned the on-site installation of electric appliance pipe works including lighting boxes, and cable installation using specified IEEE standards.

•Conducted toolbox meeting, and ensured all safety protocols were maintained during the control load balancing of the central distribution box to determine proper amp rating for each circuit

•I ensured quality of electrical cables by participating in the quality control tests including load testing on electric cable using a fluke tester to ascertain the resistivity and density of cables.

•Participated in earth continuity testing after the installation of thunder arrestors to ensure that the earth connections is continuous all over the building, and to earth for surge protection.

ITB Limited; Client; TOTAL (TEPNG). Position: Electrical Technician - (Dec 2017 – Sept 2019)

•I headed the team of 30 technicians that installed about 400 fire detection alarm systems and smoke detector in a 174 apartment twin towers.

•I headed the conduit installation for the electrical power panels, distribution boards, and ensured the trunking system for lighting appliances was installed as per specifications.

•I worked in a team that installed Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems including the Fan Coil Units (FCU) systems.

•I worked in a team that installed a 150KVA stepdown transformer that converts the power grid voltage to 220 volts domestic use.

•I was in the team that installed the building’s network ethernet connection using CISCO switch routers and firewalls.

•Shadowed the technical manager and led the team that installed the automated doors that utilizes card systems and finger prints for access purposes.

•Worked in a team that installed about 200 Internet Protocol (IP) cameras that uses Network Video Recorder (NVR) storage system for security surveillance purposes
