OBJECTIVE
To gain more experience and knowledge of the customer service processes and opportunities EXPERIENCE
I volunteered in the library as a library assistant learning and helping the Librarian and different staff members including the office clerks. I also worked for several years with my parents as a volunteer helping foster children. Last year I helped a 1-year-old whom I cared for and I helped him grow academically and as a person because of this it reminded me of my love for children. I currently am employed as a Kinder Substitute teacher at Graebner Elementary and have been since December of last year. I started as a substitute instructional assistant at J.T Brackenridge in the beginning of the year and transferred to Graebner.
I was tasked with shelving books, Magazines, etc
Putting them in the system
Making copies for staff members
Creating documentation for books and other items using the dewy decimal system
Helping others find what they needed in the library or around the school.
Cleaning the child
Helping the child academically
Teaching the child to read, abc, numbers.
Motor skills and also his speech
As a Instructional Assistant I assisted the children with their academic skills and helped make copies or helped the teacher with cutting, labeling, cleaning, helping with meal time and nap time
As a substitute teacher I have all the responsibilities one would have as a teacher! I love what I do and love helping the kids grow
I am very tech savvy and love talking to people

EDUCATION
I graduated with high honors. I was in my classes Top 10 % and I was in National Honor Society from Sophomore to Senior year. I am very well versed in English and understand a bit of Spanish while speaking some

I was the parliamentarian of my National Honor Society
I have won a lot of citizenship awards from elementary to middle school.
