I have worked in customer service for a number of years. There have been gaps in my work history due to relocating and starting and raising a family. I also had the privilege of taking care of my terminally ill father who recently passed in 2023. I have also started going back to school to get my bachelors degree in Health Management.
I consider myself a people person. I have worked in a call center so being able to handle taking care of problems form complaints to taking payments I have done it. I do believe in trying to keep the customer happy as long as it is within company guidelines. I am easy going but no a push over.
