As part of the Cerberus project, Delaware Health and Social Services was implementing an Enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution, to provide modern IAM capabilities to various internal and external users that access DHSS applications and systems. It will replace several legacy systems including Oracle IAM, Ephemeral Identity Management System (EIMS), Enterprise Identity Management System (EIAM), Integrated Authorization System (IAS) and DHSS Access Request application. The Cerberus platform consists of the following Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) solution components from SailPoint and ForgeRock product vendors:

· SailPoint – Identity IQ (IIQ) and Active Directory (AD) IQ Service

· ForgeRock Access Management (AM)

· ForgeRock Identity Gateway (IG)

· ForgeRock Directory Services (DS)

These solution components integrate with several DHSS systems and applications, including:

· PHRST Batch Process (Note: PHRST Batch provides user profile attributes from PHRST to APPS AD via MAA, but there is not direct integration planned between Cerberus and PHRST Batch during the initial release)

The True Comp tables are further used for calculation of bonus and doing payments to various agents who are involved in working across all lines of business of health care units.
