Familiar with corporate compliance programs and corporate policies. Draws blood using proper procedure and precautions, process and access specimens and paperwork for pick up by the courier, computer proficiency MS word, Excel an Outlook. Covers eleven offices when and as needed from MS, Middle East TN to Jackson TN., report to supervisor expense reports, logs and mileage information from week to week. Interacts and communicates with fellow employees in a way that promotes a harmonious and cooperative working environment, Displays courteous behavior to clients and patients, customer services skills. All other duties as assigned. INSURANCE & BILLING, ICD9 Coding, CPT Coding, Data entry, verify insurance, collect copays, input insurance payments, work denied And rejected claims from insurance companies. Have worked with all insurance companies Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Windsor, Healthsprings, Mailhandlers, Tenncare, Omnicare Etc. Electronic filling of insurance, paper filling of insurance claims, worked all aged reports on insurances and Patient accounts, charge entry. Provider contracting with United Healthcare/Americhoice. MEDICAL ASSISTANT, triage patients, vitals, cultures, assist the MDs all In house labs, injections, answer nurse calls, cast placement, suture removal, check patients in and out. Receptionist, answer all incoming calls, schedule appointments and do patient referrals and test. Up date all patient Information. Have Managed up to 4 employees with in a practice and lab.
