Raising PRs for procurement of unique spares and its follow up for delivery
Technical evaluation of all the spares (both general and unique) related to their plant & negotiation meetings with vendor for PO placement

PM check completion as per PM plan and record maintenance
Critical assets diagnostics on daily basis like PLC and third party panels
Night visits to support start-up / shutdown or for any critical equipment failures
Incident investigation and report generation for every instrument related incident reported
Implementation of recommendation from investigation analysis
ATR recommendation compliance and follow ups
ISO, PAT & other statutory calibration completion and record maintenance
Interlock checking and record maintenance after online input verification periodically
Turn around planning and procurement planning for shutdown jobs
Participation in RMC meeting & ART meetings, CMRO meetings for all incident discussions and for input of data as per requirement
Supporting digital initiatives like digital twin, EII monitoring,RPIP requirements through DCS & DMC controller configurations APC
Supporting IS team for configuration of OPC paths requirements and other digital requirements from DCS data
Participating in discussions & data collection for cyber security initiatives of corporate IS team
FAT and inspections at vendor site for critical spares and systems
