Duties
Supervise all mechanical activities during breakdown and planned preventive maintenance for effective production in pasta plant.
My utmost responsibility includes calibration and problems troubleshooting in processing lines and on the packing machine. (Stiavelli, Rovema, Altopack etc).
Ensure that technicians do their daily checklist and send the report to planner for proper documentation.
Allocate for job for technicians during CLIT and PPM
Follow up on RCA on every job that exceed 2 hours of breakdown.
