Assessing the cost effects when changes occur and agree on variation with con tractors.
Project Management
Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with architects / collaborators / promote rs. Anchoring on -site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effectiv e resource utilisation to maximize the output.
Reviewing shop drawing and schedule & ensuring that all activities are carried out as per the requir ements of the construction specifications and quality plan.
Involving in the interior finishes like marble flooring, ceramic tile flooring, vitrified tile flooring, raised access flooring, vinyl flooring, carpet flooring & GRC ornamental finishes and STP.
Participating in project meetings for evaluating project progress providing technical inputs. Prepar ing SQP, supervising the EPC & sub-contractors.
Commercial Operations
Managing the tendering process from floating of bids to awarding of contracts; coordinating with con tractors with regard to techno -commercial negotiations.
Ensuring execution of various commercial activities within set time, quality and terms & conditions in the prime contracts management manual .
Tracking all the abnormal costs/ wastage, preparing comparative statements, conducting tender interv iews and recommending measures to avoid them.
Enabling each contractor to calculate tender prices fairly (based on Schedules of quantities), on exa ctly thesame basis as the competitors.
Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub -contactors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances.
