Dear Sir’s,

My apologies for downloading and sending out a draft resume, and for all intents and purposes please replace the old “ken’s resume 3” with this completed resume.

As you can see by my work experience and years in business, I have decided to quit my business and move on to helping others to grow their business, and with a great attitude and very good work ethics. I’ve decided to make this move, but mostly because I’m really not very good at sales. I guess that is my weakest point, but my jobs are run clean, unfettered at the end of the day and I haven’t had any work accidents in the 35 years of owning my business, except for three people having shot themselves in the hand or thumb with a nailer. I’m proficient in all aspects of single family and multi family dwellings, some good experience in commercial construction, and farm and ranch works. So being a man with many hats, I’d like to shed a few, and draw a fair salary making your business better, safer, more proficient, and more profitable.

I am a no BS kind of person, and I expect everyone who works for or with me to hold to their word, get the job done, and move on. I’m willing to work in town, or out of town at times, but I do enjoy my free time with my family.

I would have to say that my integrity is my most valuable and cherished attribute that I have earned in this industry.

Let’s see if I can be a good match for your needs.

Salary + Completion Bonus is what I am looking for, and I am very flexible, but love to work outside as much as possible.

Ken Lukasik
