• Make sure that orders are shipped timely and early enough to sail on the requested dates without any short shipments and maintain Order Cycle from receipt of shipping order from Ibnzahr to FOB as appropriate all times.

• Monitor and control on-time delivery of product in good quality and maintain low inventories of product by adequate shipping schedules with proper performance metrics.

• Investigate the causes of delay in operations, if occurred, and exploring the ways to rectify.

• Review operational KPI and consolidate, develop the plan to improve the operations in low indicator areas.
