Conduct control shipping on all parts leaving
Birmingham despatch
Updated control shipping bored on a daily basis. Present findings and TQM overview during control shipping meeting.
Responsible for tracking and delivering body stability parts liaising with shift leaders.
Responsible for tracking and delivering CF's for calibration liaising with shift leader.
Updating TQM board data.
Conducting QC check.
Receiving inspections on all coils entering the plant. 100% inspections on parts going back into process after scanning.
Conducting COC's inspections on ford parts leaving the plant.
Responsible for data capturing rejects at each process/machine used for A3 problem solving.
Responsible for scanning inspection sheets to drive after every shift worked.
Assist with last off sampling to ensure all process completed their last off QC check.
