Administration and Project Management of all activities related to the development of affordable housing from acquisition of properties through construction completion and permanent loan conversion. Accomplishment Highlights:

Evaluated the feasibility of potential development opportunities.

Execution and delivering of development due diligence forms including procurement of Environmental Surveys, Physical Needs Analysis reports, Appraisals, Asbestos abatement, Lead Based Paint reports, ALTA reports, Radon reports and Sewer Scopes.

Coordinated the planning and obtaining of entitlements, Municipal plan approval, and Zone approval applications and securing construction permits.
