Maintain MRO stock levels through creating requisitions, converting to a purchase order, confirming pricing as well as lead time to reduce the need of expediting services. Periodically review min/max levels versus usage, then adjust according to the current demand. Cost savings, reliability as well as quality are always at the very top of the list when resourcing any material from toilet paper to a multi-million-dollar piece of equipment Safety is always top priority for myself. Don the proper PPE each time for yourself as well as all coworkers.

Prioritizing tasks by criticality is at the forefront. Communicating across all departments any delays, confirm any changes to the current approved item: reach out to the correct team/teams. Update the change of material according to policy if applicable.

Remove all obsolete stock as quickly as possible. Be mindful if another location still requires that item. If it is confirmed it is in fact obsolete company wide, I always contact my supplier before scrapping out anything over $5.00. I have had a few coworkers say just throw it out, you’re creating more work for yourself. If the supplier won’t take it back fine, I have had great success in working out agreements that they take the material back for at least a partial credit

Maintenance Coordinator Kraft Heinz February 2022 – July 2022

Coordinate maintenance work and create work orders for needed repairs. Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, lead times or trouble shoot equipment. Enter purchase orders for non-stock parts. Address reactive work to prevent as much downtime as possible. Assist vendors with any account/invoice issues to ensure remittance is handled in a timely fashion. Assign and follow up on all FSQ maintenance work orders as priority.

Material Planning Kraft Heinz November 2018 – February 2022

Create and reconcile purchase orders for raw materials to meet production demands using the forecasted production schedule. Communicate with suppliers to ensure on time delivery, expedite or push orders out as the schedule is changing. Contact carriers to verify pick up information and delivery appointments are set to eliminate any last-minute delays. Request return material advice from vendors for material not in spec, damaged or incorrect and enter a return to vendor Immediately. Follow escalation protocol for any supplier who continually misses delivery dates, wrong material sent or quality issues.

Prepare inventory weekly cycle count sheets for production to count physical quantity on hand then cross reference variances to true up on hand materials. Research items that are off more than standard allowance to root cause as it could be a wrong item was used or a batch was sewered and not recorded. Verify with receiving hot materials were delivered as scheduled. Request write off authorization for discontinued or damaged materials and ensure all documentation is correct, verify COA/COC are completed for traceability. Assist buyers as needed and cover co workers when they are out of the office.

Maintain inventory accuracy, work with technicians, design engineers and project managers to determine materials needed for upcoming projects. Enter purchase order requisitions and covert.
