1. A competent Electrical Engineer (PMC) with 17+ years of experience in Design

, execution of large Infrastructure / Turnkey projects( Electrical LT / HT installations,UPS,HVAC,Fire and CCTV) and Project Management. 2. Installation of RF Shielded Chambers / Anechoic chambers / Shielded rooms for Automotive industry, DRDO’s, MNC’s and MRI shielded rooms for GE,Philips,Hitachi ..etc., across the country and overseas. 3. 3 EMP Chambers

Worked at BUILDSTAR Projects P Ltd as a Sr.Project Manager since May 2018 to May 2020.

Build star Projects has been engaged in Infrastructure projects. Role and Responsibility.

1. Handle all the infrastructure projects across the country. Presently executing 15+ projects.

2. Engage and monitor 7 engineers and 50+ installers and sub-contractors onexecuting the projects and ensure they are completed on time. 3. Prepare project plan and cash flows for the ongoing projects. 4. Identify and train the installers for various installation activities. 5. Allot right installers to carry out the installation for various projects. 6. Coordinate with various departments and ensure the materials reaches the job site on time.

7. Periodical check of the stock materials availability in the warehouse. Worked as an Assistant Project Manager (Tests and Measurements) at ETS- Lindgren Engineering India P Ltd, Bangalore. An ESCO Technologies Company listed at NYSE, from August 2010 to Feb 2018. 1. Handled multiple projects in project execution, Installation, Testing and commissioning of RF chambers and maintenance of variousInfrastructure Test and Measurements (RF Labs) / Shielded Anechoic Chamber / RF chamber installations & Magnetic resonance Imaging (MRI) shielded chambers across the country.

2. Responsible for all aspects of the project performance including Cost, Schedule, quality, safety and operability.

3. Perform RF shield effectiveness test from 1 KHz to 40 GHz for RF shielded Rooms.

EMC / EMI S101 Test Chamber Installation at Defence Electronics and Research Laboratories (DLRL) Hyderabad, ministry of Defence DRDO. 1. Installation Testing and commissioning of 40 Ghz S101 (PAN shield) RF Semi Anechoic chamber of size 17 mtr x 12.91 mtr x 7.925 mtr (L x W x H). 2. Installation Testing and commissioning of 40 GHz S101 shielding two no’s Control rooms of size 4.86 mtr x 3.65 mtr x 3.65 mtr. 3. Installation of Manual, Pneumatic and electrically operated Large Sliding door of size 6 mtr x 6 mtr. Including automatic ramp capable to handle load of 30 Tonne.

4. Installation Testing and commissioning of Electrical, HVAC, CCTV, VESDA, smoke detectors and Intercom systems.

5. Door supplied from ETS Finland and installation by ETS India. 6. Prepare and design the SLD diagram for the RF lab and execute Electrical works including laying of UG cables and HT, LT Panels and energising the RF Lab.

DIAT, Pune Defence Institute of Advanced Technology Ministry of Defence DRDO

1. Dismantling of Shielded Anechoic Test chamber from ADE, Bangalore of size 7.5 mtr x 6 mtr x 3 mtr (L x W x H) and control room of size 3 mtr x 2.5 mtr x 3 mtr (L x W x H).

Re installation, Testing and commission of 10 GHz Shielded Test Chamber at DIAT, Pune.

2. Installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC 12 Ton out door unit required for the above Test chamber and Control room. Heavy Vehicle Testing Laboratory at National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure Project (NATRIP), MANESAR, ministry of Heavy Vehicles and automotive Industries.

1. Installation, testing and commissioning of 40 Ghz S101 panels RF Anechoic chamber of Size 22.6 x 32.5 x 11.2 mtr (L x W x H) Vehicle Testing Semi Anechoic Chamber, Including Dynamometer of size 10mtr diameter.

2. Installation of System Testing Anechoic Chamber of size 8.5 x 9.5 x 7.5 mtr (L x W x H).

3. Installation of Control rooms of sizes CR0 = 4.6 x 8 x 3 mtr and CR 1 = 3.4 x 5.6. X 3 mtr.

4. Installation of Amplifier Room of size 3 x 8 x 3 mtr. 5. Installation of Manual, Pneumatic, electrically operated large sliding door of size 6 mtr x 7 mtr. Including automatic ramp capable to handle load of 60 Tonne.

6. The above installations include Electrical, HVAC, VESDA, CCTV, UPS, Intercom systems and Fire alarm systems etc.as required for EM shielded chamber.

Combat Vehicle Research Establishment (CVRDE), Chennai ministry of Defence DRDO.

1. Completed project at Combat Vehicle Research Establishment (CVRDE), Chennai.i.e. Installation of PAN 101 type shielding panels of 40 GHz Semi Anechoic Chamber 22m x 16m x 10m. And PAN type 40 GHz System Test Anechoic chamber of size 9m x 6m x 6m and PAN type 40Ghz Control Room and Amplifier room each of size 8m x 6m x3m.Including Electrical, VESDA, CCTV installation as required for the chamber.

2. Project In charge for the entire project including Installation, Testing and commissioning of the EMC/EMI chamber including signing off the Project. 3. Installation of 5m x 6m automated sliding door for the above PAN type 40 GHz Semi Anechoic EM shielded Chamber. Director General of Naval Projects, Mumbai. Ministry of defence Indian Navy, Mumbai

Successfully Executed and handed over a turnkey Project at Director General of Naval Projects (DGNP) Mumbai, NAVAL EMC CENTRE i.e. installation of MIL Std Sandwich Panel type 40Ghz Shielded Semi Anechoic chamber of size 20 x20 x 13 ft. and Control Room of dimension 20 x 10 x 13 ft. Including Electrical works, HVAC, VESDA, CCTV installations as required for the chamber.

Electronics and Radar Development Establishment (LRDE), Bangalore ministry of Defence DRDO.

Successfully Executed and Handed over a turnkey project for one of the DRDO Labs i.e. LRDE, Bangalore. Installation of S81 type EM Shielded 40Ghz Semi Anechoic Chamber of Size 33 m (L) x 18 m (W ) x 17 m ( H) & EM Shielded Instrumentation Control Room of size 14 m ( L) x 6 m ( W ) x 3.2 m ( H ). Including Electrical Works for SAC, Light lowering systems,

Erection of Power filters etc. VESDA, CCTV, Infrared cameras, Tri Pod Camera etc. & other services required for the chamber.

This also includes installation of electrically & manually operated RF shielded Sliding Door of size 8 x 7 mtr with automatic ramp capable to handle load of 60 Tonne and 4 ft. x 8ft Pneumatic operated and manual operated doors = 2nos. EMP chamber at INS Kattabomman, Tirunelveli Indian Navy. Installation of EMP Shielded electrically & manually operated sliding door of size 4.8 x 4.8mtrs and 4.5 x 4.5mtrs door. Also installed 4 no’s of 8ft x8ft double leaf Pneumatic operated doors at EMP chamber INS Kattabomman, Tirunelveli. Also installed 10nos of 3 phase 1500A EMP filters & 10 no’s of 32A 3 phase filters.

Installation of Control room inside the EMP chamber at INS Kattabomman, Tirunelveli of size 20 ft. x 15 x 8 ft. including electrical works inside the Control room as required by the client.

EMP Protection at INA, Manesar Ministry of Defence Indian Army. Successfully installed, tested and commissioned EMP protection for Indian Army at various locations / Establishments.

Installation of RF shielded rooms to various MNC’s Executed installation of Control Room EM Shielded chamber of Size 19 m

(L) x 17 m (W) x 3.2 m (H) at INTEL, Bangalore. The installation includes Testing

& Commissioning of Electrical wiring for 804 number of Workstations, 368 IT Ports, Smoke Detectors, PA system, Vesda & CCTV.

Similar installations at NOKIA, Samsung, CISCO, ARICENT, Aruba Networks / HP, Broadcom, Cypress Semiconductors, Motorola, NXP semiconductors, Wipro, Qualcomm etc.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

1. Installation of RF/ EMC Chambers / shielded rooms / MRI rooms at various client offices located across the country. 2. Coordinate and commence the project with a project kick off meeting.

3. Prepare Project schedule and handover the schedule to the project installation team. Outline the strategy to complete the project per the schedule.

4. Assigning work to Site engineers/project engineers, inspecting the work and provide feedback for timely completion of project.

5. Provide office support for project documentation and layout drawings.

6. Design of Filter rating required for the specified load for an EMC chamber. Also, install filters & feed

through for OFC penetration.

7. Forecast cash flow and work force.

8. Coordinate with commercial team to ensure timely billing for the projects completed.

9. Meeting the client and contractor reps to review and define the scope of the project.

Coordinating with the Consultants in getting approvals and finalization of drawings etc. and coordinating with vendor so that the materials are delivered as per the schedule.

Getting offers for assigned project & identifying the vendors for supply of materials & execution of Electrical Works.

Mobilization of materials to site at the required time so as to ensure that work is not delayed.

Preparing contract budgets & ensuring that the same is not exceeded. Evaluation of contractor’s bids, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contract.

Co-ordinate with client and consultant, purchases, finance. Settlement of all techno-commercial disputes / clarifications during execution of project.
