• GEEP – 1985 TO 1986 : Being a novice I wasn’t satisfied with my achievements however by 3 months I broke all records granted cash awards. Average collections were 87% and achievement were like a ladder steps were higher than the previous step and I personally believe on this.

• AMPRO – 1986 TO 1991 : Established company’s infrastructure of distributers within allotted time in eastern UP, registered 100% increase in sales and collection in 6 months. Successfully handled & motivated the distributers to climb great heights under tough adverse conditions earned appreciation for performance from superiors management .

CHIK 1991 TO 1995: Headed the depot at Kanpur / Ghaziabad appointed SR/SR trainee, appointed 210 distributors in the given stimulated time. Successfully in whole UP. Covered whole Lucknow /Kanpur in 3 days with the help of north India team. Given the sale of 45 lakhs per month in UP (ONE RUPEE POUCHES ONLY).
