Key Results

Planned and executed quarterly PI Planning and Solution Intent ceremonies including communications, agenda planning, goals, logistics, and successful forums for global organization. These ceremonies reached over 16,000 associates in U.S., India, Philippines, and Ireland using complex streaming tools.

Established framework and process for our associates to contribute content and publish to our portfolio intranet, allowing for leadership and associates to share awards received, share news about volunteer efforts, and share technology innovations across the enterprise.

Developed and executed culture strategy to inspire associates to participate in cultural events and helped communicate and drive corporate volunteer efforts across the U.S. and India.

Managed Enterprise Database Provider System onboarding requirements and recovered troubled project to get alignment and completion of baseline requirements; drove $250K cost savings in refactoring schedule and managing consulting team.
