I'm Robert Caron but go by Bobby. I recently moved to Jacksonville, NC from Worcester, MA. My goal as of now is to get settled and find gainful employment. My background consists of three career types. While growing up my parents owned a bar and I would help out cleaning and stocking the bar but never worked there as a bartender because they thought it was conflict of interest. A seed had been planted and I really wanted to bartend. Soon after high school I moved to Florida and started my journey in the hospitality industry. A week in Stuart, FL. and I was hired at R.J. Gators of Stuart. This is what started my mission to grow in the hospitality industry. My employment started as a server, which I loved, but what I wanted was to bartend. In six weeks I was behind the bar and accomplished what I thought was my goal. Before long I was bar manager and six months later service manager. At the time we had an outstanding General Manager who was pulled to another store that was opening thus there became an opening for General Manager. That position was filled by someone with seniority over me. I was then placed as Assistant General Manager. I loved the job and thought I'd never leave until one day there was talk of them shutting down and a regular customer (Jon Kren) was opening the PostHouse Raw Bar & Grille and asked me to come work with him. One led to another and after 13 years I left R.J. Gators. As far as I know R.J. Gators reopened five years later. The PostHouse was a new experience and I loved it. Unfortunately after a few years they closed down and opened another place in Jensen Beach (Crawdaddy's). I never went to work there but instead moved back to Massachusetts where my next stage of development started as a Substance Abuse Counselor at AdCare Hospital. An ironic turn from serving alcohol to helping people get sober and stop drinking booze or taking drugs. It was an enlightening and rewarding experience helping people in need that I will never forget. Last but not least, throughout the years I gained a lot of knowledge in computers and design. At the end of 2012 I went to school for Applied Arts. During my schooling one of the projects was to create a company including all branding, advertisements, graphics, and so forth. This fictional company is now Incloud Design of which I own and run as a sole proprietor. I love my small company but am looking for a career change and employment with a well established company of which I can advance with and retire from when ready. T O W H O M I T M A Y C O N C E R N,
