Identify persons who are unsheltered and have a serious mental health illness through direct outreach activities and through reports/referrals from shelters police churches and the local welfare offices.
Initiate contact and establish a working interaction with the unsheltered homeless for the purpose of providing assistance with attaining adequate shelter and access to needed services.
Establish and maintain positive productive working relationship with the mental health offices welfare office and other service providers to help to provide resources to those who are experiencing homelessness.
Conduct active outreach to the homeless provide specialized case management assistance to them once they are in housing and assist with addressing issues that put them at risk.
Other duties as applied to the homeless and their educational medical/ mental health and spiritual needs.

Primary job, medic cared for sick and injured persons, Conducted physical fitness training and monitored members during testing. Military members would come to me with issues that may concern mental health or educational questions pertaining to find colleges or trade schools.
Secondary job, Logistic supply clerk ordered parts for military vehicles, maintain files for supply orders and maintain service members military driving licenses. Dispatched military vehicles to service members when needed.
Bradford County Children and Youth Services
Case Worker

Trained to become a state certified children and youth caseworker, worked with families that were risked with losing their children, did abuse investigations, monitored family and the progress of the home and the children. While working at children and youth had to assist families to receive services the family would need to maintain their children within the home. Maintained case files pertaining to the family and their progress. Also trained to become an adoption caseworker where I would have to determine if the children needed to be taken from the parents permanently, Then would have to do paperwork to terminate parental rights. Work closely with the court system throughout my time at Bradford County children and youth services.
