replacements, other orthopedic surgeries, abdominal surgeries, open heart surgery, hypertension, diabetes, cancer, COPD, heart disease, asthma and other

chronic medical conditions.

• Provide surgical hip precautions for orthopedic

patients .

• Provide fall precautions to at risk patients under my care.

• Provide skin care to promote skin integrity & range

• of motion activities to prevent contractures.

• Responsible for activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, transferring, toileting
