Some of my responsibilities often included but were not limited to regular maintenance of laboratory equipment, taking stock of items, collecting urine fecal and blood samples, running diagnostics blood and urine panels, parasitology, urine and blood catheter placement, Cystocentesis, intubation, administration of medicine, laser therapy, ophthalmology, and proper X-ray techniques. Preparing clients and animals for surgery and other routine procedures such as vaccines preventative care and regular wellness was vital to assist the veterinarian.
