I did not receive a raise when I was promoted as L- line team lead. I also was treated unfairly for being a woman and was belittled by a lot of the guys there. Also was tired of people not treating me with respect and a lot of guys would slap my butt or touch me inappropriately when I have asked them not to they would think I was joking. A lot of sexual harassment. I felt like i had to keep proving myself over and over to everyone when really I was making it more stressful for myself and others. The majority of employees there are men and hispanic. Its a hard, exhausting and dirty job and no support from anyone.
