My sub-system catered to developing administrative features for various end-user organizations of the SPINE system. The SDLC model used was waterfall. The project was primarily using Java and Oracle.

PDL maintains and publishes education content for the K-12 student market in the US. I was handling a team of about 18 team members to maintain a legacy Learning Management system called ‘NovaNET’. The project involved enhancing the learning management system. NovaNET is a legacy learning management system made using proprietary programming language. The project scope involved enhancing the system to provide better assessment administration capabilities while also fixing legacy bugs present in the system. The SDLC model used was waterfall.

PremierPlus is an online auto insurance policy administering application to facilitate insurance brokers to do risk capture, general online quotes and print insurance policy copies for their customers. This was a project done for ‘New Millennium Technologies (NMT)’ based in the UK. The project involved updating the risk capture process, providing better book-keeping to the brokers etc. The SDLC model used was waterfall. I was onsite for 6 months understanding the client's business and creating requirement specifications.
