I handle all of the wet checks from Jensen Beach to Miami. I also managed/foreman of the landscape team. I changed timers/pumps/heads etc. Writing up invoices, and handling the Purchase orders for the jobs.

I troubleshoot, and repair sprinkler systems (timers, heads etc) as well as work with the property managers to ensure our systems are working to their expectation. As well as using the correct climbing gear and following OSHA standards to maintain safety on all jobs. Level 1 Technician

Worked with Analytic Stress on more than one site as a technician with Heat Treatment. Primarily wrapping pipes, following OSHA standards to remain safe while the temperatures were monitored, and welding could be completed.

Heat treating pipes, maintaining temperatures, working with heating pads and electric cables while welders complete their task.

Asbestos Removal Abate Tech -

Lumberton, NJ 2010 to 2013

Loading and unloading box trucks to and from the shop and job. Jobs would entail tile floor removal, lay mastic remover, ceiling scrapes, ceiling beat outs, maintain a confined area so hazardous material does not leave the work area. Set up traps to run flex that brings bad air outdoors.
