Leader for the construction of the Public Minerals Port Terminal, located at Lazaro Cardenas, Michoacán, my main functions were the management, coordination, supervision and control of the work process, applying PMI methodology, main achievements were a 44% cut on the indirect cost of the work representing a saving of 4.85 million pesos, and a 12% cut in the final direct cost of the work, reflecting an additional profit of 38.6 million pesos for the company, this project including the train spur, building terminal and dock.

In charge of the administration, supervision and control of the project, the main achievements were a18% costs cut of the original structure, representing a saving of 8.7 million pesos, and in the second project, an 8% cut of the work direct cost representing a saving of 38 million pesos.
