A competent Packer with 2 years experience and able to receive products from a co-worker who is the passer from a conveyor and will package, tape, and place the products into boxes and onto a pallet and process paperwork
Performs manual packaging functions as required.
Sets up, maintains, and operates various pieces of computerized and manual inspection/packaging
equipment.
Performs line clearance of assigned production lines as required.
Adheres to cGMPs and internal SOPs as required.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of machine output and product integrity.
Responsible for maintaining a clean production
environment during shifts.
Completes and maintains applicable log book and
batch record paperwork as required.
Reports both machine and manual deviations to the
area supervisor or designee.
Performs other related production functions, such as Inspector, Packer, Catching, etc. as determined by supervisor and/or management.
Measure, weigh, and count products and materials
consistently and in line with company procedures
Mark and label containers and products with
container tags using marking tools for proper
identification
Examine and inspect containers, materials, and
products in order to ensure that packing
specifications are met
Record product information on specified forms and
records
