Working as an Independent Contractor to provide customer service support for their clients in a work-from-home Ambassador Resource Specialist in a patient engagement position with a 500+ patient caseload providing services for AbbVie Pharmaceuticals currently, managing my schedule, following FDA Regulations and maintaining patient contacts according to client requirement and encouraging patients to adhere to prescribed treatment plan and assist patients with resolving issues with getting, taking and affording their medication.
In 2022 and 2023 I worked as an Independent Contractor through LiveOps as an Independent Call Center Agent for TurboTax, Nordstrom, and Nordstrom Rack as a work-from-home customer service representative.
